When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect your name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations or proposals you request, and conduct the resulting business relationship. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell or rent personal information to any third party.
Processing is performed with your consent (given when you submit the form) and because it is necessary to respond to your request and, where applicable, to conclude or perform a contract with you.
Form submissions are transmitted securely (HTTPS) to systems operated by us and delivered to our staff by email and messaging notification. Our service providers include email and messaging platforms whose servers may be located outside South Africa; where personal information is transferred across borders, it is transferred to providers subject to laws, binding rules or contracts that provide an adequate level of protection substantially similar to POPIA.
Enquiry information is retained for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter as required by law (for example tax and records legislation), after which it is deleted or de-identified.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Information Officer using the details above.
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics or advertising services. Should this change, this notice will be updated before any such technology is introduced.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to secure personal information against loss, unauthorised access and unlawful processing, consistent with section 19 of POPIA.
